The original Virtual Patients (VPs) from Germany had been repurposed by the REViP team to fit the English language and cultural needs of the St Georgeâ€™s students. In addition, the structure of the original German VPs was further repurposed from a linear model to a branched model. Once that was complete, the original linear models were also repurposed to ensure that all cases were refreshed and up-to-date. Two different VP systems were used during the repurposing phase of the project:
- OpenLabyrinth (branched VP system)
- CAMPUS (linear VP system)
